Industrial Units for Crest Properties Ltd. - Stirling
The Algo-built, 30,000 sq. ft industrial unit was sub-divided into
11 units for sub-letting purposes. Although the project required
special design work due to adverse ground conditions, it was
completed on time and within budget.
Midtown Industrial Estate - Cambus
Algo's contract to provide specialised storage and warehousing for waste recycling experts, Snowie Ltd, comprised groundwork through to completion. Design incorporated a 2.5 acre covered area and the creation of a canopied vehicle access to cater for lorries arriving 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Broxburn Properties Ltd - Edinburgh
This 8,000 sq.m bonded warehouse was designed and built on a
green field site. Now home to Glenmorangie maturation, the
warehouse took Algo a mere 30 weeks from commencement to completion.
Nexfor Ltd - Grangemouth
From ground works to turn-key, Algo’s involvement in designing a purpose built shed to house the specialist machinery required to handle timber waste products, was considerable. Working in conjunction with sister company Alca, Algo planned, handled building warrants and completed construction – on time and within budget.
Fife Mitsubishi - Cupar
Working to exceptionally high design and specification standards, Algo sourced all materials necessary to construct a corporate solution for Fife Mitsubishi dealership’s garage and workshop. Detailing such as angles, corners and curves had to be precisely calculated to ensure all criteria was rigorously adhered to.
